seven

^^^ that T necklace. in love with it. ^^^

top 7 best things i did this weekend

1  general conference. was it not the best? i love being able to wake up and just watch it in my jammies. Tyler and i laid around with our families while we listened to the general authorities speak to us. it was the greatest thing ever. and even though we did attempt to drive up to SLC one day and go to the sunday afternoon session and didn't make it in... we still loved it.
2  my mom's homemade cinnamon rolls. yes i had 2
3   shopping outing with Tylers mom + sisters + my sister along with every other girl in orem, utah; thanks to the priesthood session. it was simply perfect because i don't remember the last time i went shopping!
4   having my little cousins over. their parents are out of town (in florida! i am beyond jealous.) so they get to stay with us for a week! little cuties.
5   sleeping in. BEST THING EVER. also in my own bed at home, that was nice.
6   giving tyler his birthday presents. pretty sick all black watch...if i do say so myself. and a book i have been working on for weeks. believe me when i say it's the cutest thing you ever did see
7   finally feeling somewhat "caught up" in all my school work. yeah that ended today but it felt nice for those 2 days babbbaaaayyyy

said goodbye to tyler last night. he is headed to NYC to spend a final vacation week with his family before the mission. i am super jealous because i am stuck here in school, and saying goodbye for 6 days (wasn't that hard... in comparison to what 2 years will be like) is just a taste of what life will be like in about 3 weeks when he really leaves... for his mission. i miss him already.

  2. I can tell you yes, it will be really hard at first. But you will grow so much within the time! After the first month or so time starts to pick up and fly by. Just cherish the time that you have with him and don't forget why he is out there. Remember to also do things that make you happy, and focus on what you can control (that's something I've really had to learn with Kevin being gone). Hope this was helpful in some way. You're welcome to talk to me if you need anything!
